Nui's farm is in Kula on the slopes of Haleakala volcano. Nui is originally from Thailand and she's been farming on Maui for decades. She has a food truck on the farm with delicious Thai food. Many of the authentic Thai ingredients are grown on her farm. There are a few seats but most locals take it to go. The farm has a number of peaceful features for visitors to experience, including a farmers market, lotus ponds and flower gardens against the backdrop of acres of greens and vegetables and fruits.
